Made from white Lambrusco-Trebbiano must cooked in covered vessels, this white balsamic vinegar has a light amber color which indicates that there was no caramelization.

We love this product. It’s not as bitter or acidic as regular balsamic vinegar. Would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s absolutely lovely for salad dressings.
